Ganja Brownies

Ingredients

1/2 cup ganja butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Frosting

3 tablespoons ganja butter, softened
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon ganja tincture
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon coconut milk (or until desired consistency)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8 inch square pan.
Melt 1/2 cup ganja butter. In a large bowl mix sugar, ganja butter, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Try not to overcook. (check with a fork remove when fork comes clean)
To Make Frosting: Combine 3 tablespoons ganja butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 1 tablespoon ganja tincture, 1 tablespoon of coconut milk, and 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Frost brownies.

Ganja Ball Cookies

· 1/2 cup powdered sugar

· 1 cup salted ganja butter, softened

· 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

· 2 1/4 cups flour

Optional; 1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice (walnuts, pecans, almonds)

Additional powdered sugar

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until mixed. Add flour to creamed mixture, blend thoroughly. Add nuts (optional) and mix well. Chill dough for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400F. Shape into 1-inch balls and bake 8-10 minutes. Don't let them brown. Cool, and then roll in powdered sugar.
