Ganja Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups ganja butter, softened
2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1 tbs vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon salt
6 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (170 degrees C).
2. In a very large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and stir in vanilla. Mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt; Mix in the quick oats, raisins, and chocolate chunks. Roll neatly formed balls and place onto ungreased baking sheets.
3. Bake for 12 minutes in the preheated oven, flatten with a fork or spoon and continue cooking 3 more minutes. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack, plate or container.
You can always add a cup of raisins if you like, or walnuts.
